Zoe's Place and Nancie's Place are privately owned properties, and are
regularly used and of particular personal importance to the owners. They
wish you a fantastic stay, hope that you return, and request that you treat
them as if they where your own. They welcome and guarantee that they will
act upon any feedback that you may provide.
Loss or Damage
Whilst we are sure you will look after the property, any loss or damage
will be assessed by the House Keeping Agent on the day of your departure,
and the appropriate costs will be deducted from your deposit, or in extreme
cases further legal action must be taken.
The front doors are accessed by coded locks located next to the Name Plates
to the front of the properties. The codes will be provided prior to your
visit, and changed immediately after your departure. You are responsible
for not disclosing the codes to anyone that you would not wish to visit the
apartments upon your stay.
Power & Heating
Each mains power unit is located in the cupboard next to each front door
and may require activation upon entry. The heating systems are
automatically set for standard occupancy by season, however there is
aditional heating available in each apartment if needed.
Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen is provided as standard 6 person occupancy as follows:
Master Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for four persons
Second Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for two persons
Bed linen and towels are provided with your booking as standard based on
the exact number of guests and up to 6 person occupancy in Zoe's Place and
8 person occupancy in Nancie's Place. (however you are welcome to bring your own linen and towels if you so wish)
